2025-2026 PrimeTime

The PrimeTime applications will go live starting Monday, April 14 at 8:00 am (PST) and must be submitted by Friday, May 2 at 9:59 pm (PST). All students currently enrolled in grades TK-7 within the District will receive a unique application link via email and text between 6:00-8:00 am (PST) on April 14 with the link becoming active at 8:00 am (PST). Summer Academic Program

The Summer Academic Program is an opportunity for currently enrolled eligible District students to expand their learning, funded by the ELOP Grant provided by the state of California. Classes are taught by our highly qualified San Diego Unified teachers at select elementary sites from 8:00 am-12:00 pm for 20 days. For more information, click here

Volunteers

Volunteer applications are now available on the volunteer webpage and in the front office. Once your application is cleared, you’ll be notified via the email address you provided. Please note, it can take up to five school days for your applicated to be cleared. Your child’s teacher will notify the office if your application needs expedited processing. If your student will be absent, arriving late, or leaving early from school, please call (619) 860-5900 option 1 and leave a detailed message including student's name, teacher, and reason.

ABOUT

DAILARD ELEMENTARY

Welcome to Dailard Elementary School! We are located in the San Carlos area of San Diego. Our school is tucked away in a close-knit community and is conveniently located right next to a community park. Dailard was built in 1976 as an open – loft facility.  Our school is part of the Patrick Henry Cluster, which has a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Math & Music (STEMM). Approximately 550 students attend Dailard in grades UTK- 5th. Dailard strives to create a positive and challenging learning environment that supports learning at all levels.
